Classes

We offer classes for every fitness level. Each Bootcamp class is capped at 15 people and Barbell Club is capped at 6 people so everyone can get the individual attention they need.

 
 

Bootcamp

Big group class for all fitness levels. Circuit style training using free weights, bands, TRX, kettle bells and more. Burn calories, get fit, get strong and have fun!

Barbell Club

Small group strength training focusing on the bench press, squat and deadlift.
