SEMI PRIVATE TRAINING Individual training for 2-4 people. This option is great for those who want to train with friends or others, and still receive specialized programing.

STRENGTH CAMP is a total body strength and muscle building small group training class for all fitness levels

FIT CAMP is a big group class for all fitness levels. Circuit style training using free weights, bands, TRX, kettle bells and more. Burn calories, get strong, get fit and have fun!

MOVE CAMP is a fitness-based mobility class. The sequences that are taught will focus on increasing stamina, strength and flexibility. It can also help improve range of motion, while relieving muscle tension.

POWER YOGA is a fitness-based vinyasa practice. The sequences that are taught will focus on increasing stamina, strength and flexibility. It can also help improve range of motion, while relieving muscle tension.

Open Gym times are available for members and guests to utilize our facility for their own workout.
