Do I need a gym?
Answer: Most programs are built for a standard commercial gym. Homework is dumbbell-only for home or travel.
How long are workouts?
Answer: Most strength days are 45 minutes to an hour. Circuit and mobility options are even shorter when you need them.
Can I switch programs?
Answer: Yes. Elite members can switch anytime. Base members can upgrade to access all programs.
What equipment is recommended?
Answer: For gym programs: barbells, dumbbells, cables, and a rack. For Homework: dumbbells and a bench or sturdy surface.
How do cancellations work?
Answer: Cancel anytime inside the app settings. If you cancel during your trial, you will not be charged.
