Iron Camp Base Training Program
Your 3-Day Strength Blueprint for Busy Adults
Iron Camp Base is our flagship strength and hypertrophy program inside the Iron Camp App powered by Trainerize.
This is a 3 day per week, gym-based training system built to help busy adults get stronger, build muscle, and move better without living in the gym.
Every session follows the Iron Camp Method: IRON Mobility warm-up, main strength lifts, and smart conditioning finishers so you get the most out of every minute you are in the gym.

Is Iron Camp Base Right for You?
This program was built for real people with real schedules, not full-time athletes. Iron Camp Base is a great fit if you are:
A busy professional who wants a clear plan every time you walk into the gym
A man or woman who wants to get stronger, leaner, and feel better in daily life
A parent who can commit to 3 solid strength sessions per week
Someone who is tired of random workouts and wants a proven system to follow
Comfortable with basic gym equipment but needs structure, progression, and accountability
If you can give yourself 3 focused sessions each week, Iron Camp Base will give you the structure to change your strength and physique.
How Iron Camp Base Is Structured
Iron Camp Base runs in continuous 4-week blocks called Arcs so you always know what you are working toward and when to push. The structure stays familiar while the details progress, allowing you to build strength and skill over time.
Each training week includes:
Day 1 – Pull Focused Total Body
Emphasis on posterior chain and upper-body pulling. Think deadlift variations, rows, and hinge-based accessories.
Day 2 – Push Focused Total Body
Emphasis on squats, presses, and lower-body pushing patterns. You will see barbell squats, bench press variations, and push accessories.
Day 3 – Conditioning Based Total Body
Strength-focused conditioning circuits with sleds, carries, kettlebell work, and bodyweight movements to build work capacity without trashing your joints.
Every session follows this flow:
IRON Mobility Protocol – Initiate, Release, Open, Neural warm-up sequence to prep your body
Main Lifts – Big compound barbell or dumbbell movements
Accessory Circuits – Supersets and circuits for muscle, strength, and posture
Finishers (optional) – Targeted conditioning or core to round out the day
