Project: Iron January is a simple system you can follow every day: train, hit protein, track your progress, and stack points. No guessing. No starting over every Monday. Just structure and accountability inside the app.

How you earn points (daily)
Hit full macros (calories + protein + carbs + fats): +5
Hit protein target (1g per pound of bodyweight): +2
Complete a workout in the app: +5
Log a cardio/activity: +1

Eligibility to win
To be eligible for prizes, you must complete at least 3 workouts per week on average and mark them completed in the app.
We want winners who actually trained, not just people who checked boxes.

You complete a quick intake form (bodyweight + goals)
You get access to the Iron Camp app (Trainerize)
We set your protein target to 1g per lb

You follow your workouts and start stacking points on Jan 5
FAQ
Q: Do I have to track full macros to participate?
No. Full macros is the higher point play (+5). If you’re new to tracking, start with protein (+2) and workouts (+5). Build up from there.
Q: I’m new to tracking. Will I be lost?
No. Once you opt in, you’ll get simple instructions and you can message me inside the app if you need help.
Q: What counts as a workout?
A workout completed and marked completed inside the Iron Camp app.
Q: What counts as cardio activity?
Any logged cardio session (walking counts). The goal is daily movement, not punishment.
Q: Can I join late?
You must opt in by Jan 3 to be added to the leaderboard before the challenge starts on Jan 5.
